Lyndon Cudlitz

Lyndon Cudlitz (he/him) is a community weaver, organizer, and facilitator with an extensive background in LGBTQIA+ services and over 20 years of experience in social justice education. Thanks to adult mentors at a queer youth organization in Maine, he began speaking publicly about LGBTQ issues at 17.

In 2017, he founded Lyndon Cudlitz Consulting, where his work encourages clients and communities to make institutional shifts, to improve interpersonal relationships, and to examine the beliefs individuals have internalized about others and ourselves.

The idea for Queer Pollinators was sparked by experiencing the power of connecting with colleagues, seeing how crucial a community of queer & trans trainers has been in his growth and in mitigating burnout.

Lyndon's background includes sexual health education, 10 years as a firefighter/EMT, and founding & directing youth leadership programs in Maine, New York, and Missouri. When not organizing and facilitating, Lyndon can often be found climbing rock faces across the country (though let’s be real – he does those things in climbing communities, too).

Hamad Alghareeb

Hamad Alghareeb حَمَد الغَرِيب (they/he) is an immigrant educator passionate about creating spaces where learning is rooted in care, curiosity, and justice. With a background in education, youth development, consulting, community organizing, and storytelling, Hamad brings a relational and reflective approach to building learning environments.

Hamad’s journey into educating others about LGBTQ+ lives began as an effort to foster inclusion and understanding within the organizations they served. What started as internal advocacy evolved into Hey Hamad Consulting, a practice that bridges lived experience and professional expertise. Through this work, Hamad partners with purpose-driven organizations and individuals to center marginalized identities and exceptionalities; building cultures of learning, empathy, and belonging.

Hamad was thrilled about pollinating the idea of a community for queer and trans people to foster learning environments about LGBTQ+ lives. Outside of work, they find joy communing with their partner, son, and their furry companions.
