One of our most important roles as LGBTQIA+ educators is to help people of different experiences understand each other. This can be particularly challenging across generations. Let’s talk about what youth, adults, and elders need everyone else to understand in conversations about LGBTQIA+ identity and advocacy - and how we, as facilitators and educators - can help build bridges in empathy and understanding.
